Convention Details

Registration

*Registration can only be done via our online registration system (Dance Comp Genie). Phone and mail-in registrations are not accepted.

*Independent dancers are welcome to register.

*Registrations at the door are accepted, but must be paid for in cash, credit card, or cashier’s check. Space is limited, therefore registration at the door is not guaranteed.

Dancer Eligibility/Requirements

*Ages are determined by age of dancer at time of event weekend. We will defer to the Studio Director on dancer room placement.

*All dancers registered for Epix Dance Conventions will need to have a signed waiver submitted prior to attending the event. All waivers will need to be submitted before final show documents are sent out. Waivers are valid for the entire 2024 Season.

Payments

*Personal checks are not accepted less than 30 days from to the event. All returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.

*Early registration tuition fees apply to all fully paid registrations at least 30 days prior to the start of the event. After 30 days all fees will automatically update to the late fees.

*Registrations must be paid in full before any event information is released. This includes event schedules, dancer numbers, wristbands, etc.
*All registrations are non-refundable. If the event is cancelled you will receive a credit that can be used for any EPIX Dance Convention Event .
